Policies & Rules

Arrival & departure

  • Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Vehicles & parking

  • ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, and side-by-sides are not allowed, and no vehicles may drive off-road.
  • Each lot allows a maximum of two vehicles belonging to registered guests for overnight parking; unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
  • Only vehicles registered to guests may park overnight; unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
  • Unauthorized overnight vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.

Safety & rules

  • Hunting and firearm discharge are prohibited.
  • Trash must be bagged and placed in the dumpster; do not leave trash near the dumpster. If the dumpster is full, contact management.
  • Music should be kept at a reasonable volume, with no music or gatherings allowed after 10:00 PM.
  • Children must not be left unattended.
  • Swimming is not allowed at any time.
  • Children must not play near the water's edge due to depth concerns.
  • A waiver and liability release form must be signed by guests.
  • Guests must sign a liability waiver acknowledging risks and releasing Countryside RV from liability for injuries or damages.
  • Guests are responsible for legal claims arising from their actions during their stay.

Fires & fuel

  • Fires are only allowed in designated fire pits, and must be extinguished by 10:00 PM or during windy conditions. Firewood is for sale, and children must be supervised around fire pits.

Pets

  • Dogs must be leashed, and owners must clean up after them. Excessively loud dogs should be kept inside the camper.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made 5 days before the reservation will receive a full refund; no refunds are given for cancellations within 5 days.

Wildlife & food storage

  • Fishing is allowed if you have a valid Missouri fishing license.
  • Fishing must be catch and release only.
  • Guests can walk and fish on the North and West banks of the pond, but must stay behind posted signs indicating private property.

Site capacity

  • RV spaces are available for monthly rental.
  • Monthly RV renters must maintain cleanliness and keep their property contained within their lot without obstructing others.

Site types & loops

  • RV units older than 20 years require prior approval for monthly rental.
  • Pop-up campers, conversion vans, and converted buses are not permitted for monthly rental.

Fees & deposits

  • Monthly rental agreements require payment by the first of each month, with utilities included. Late renewals incur a $50 reconnect fee, and unpaid RVs will be towed.
