The Meadow Campground & Coffee House

Saw the Coffee sign from the opposite side of the highway. Found a place to turn around and came back. Well worth it! Coffee drinks are made very sweet.

We only stayed for 1 night while passing through. It's a beautiful location, the site we were in wasn't very level but we weren't staying long enough to worry about it. Sites were spacious.

This medium sized park features average sized sites with full hook ups. It is bordered by Highway 61 and the Salt River, with river access. There is tent camping and a few cabins in the large trees along the river. The highway provides a constant drone, especially at the front of the park where the transients like us are assigned. We did not hear any horns or engine brakes. The small cinder block bathhouse is old, clean and functional, and have 2 toilets and 2 showers on each side. The shower had good pressure and the temperature was easy to modulate. There is a new bathhouse in the works. The main office is also a full service coffee shop with all the espressos, lattes, teas, and flavors, you’d expect, and a few snacks.

It's nice enough. Being right off the highway, there is highway noise. It wasn't loud enough to keep us awake. It's clean and the staff was friendly. The campsites are close together and the toilets are outhouses unless you go up to the shower house. Coffee on-site was great.

We came here for a 2-night getaway and had a wonderful stay! The cabins are so nice and cozy. We LOVED our campsite tucked back in the trees and spend almost all of our time outside. All the facilities were super clean and well kept, and the girls in the coffee house were so friendly and helpful. There is some highway noise (which is no one’s fault, just mentioning it here for those who might want to avoid that), but after a while you don’t notice it. The beds are also very hard, or at least the one in our cabin was, but that wouldn’t keep me from visiting again. We can’t wait to come back!
