What Guests Are Saying
Piedmont Park offers large, well-maintained campsites with plenty of shade and scenic views of the lake, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. The campground is quiet and clean, with friendly hosts and modern restroom facilities, although some areas could benefit from better cleaning and maintenance. While there are challenges with cell service and some site navigation, many visitors appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and return regularly for family gatherings.

Our camp spot was awesome. We had a beautiful view of the lake and dam. We were able to sit at camp and relax with my Dad while watching our grandkids swim. We had a fabulous time.

Beautiful park! Campsites are spaced out nicely. September weather was great.

The park is very nice. The park rangers, on the other hand, were very rude! It seems like they picked us and our friends out to make an example of. We had 5 sites between us. The park was only about half full. They came to our camp on Saturday night at 10:03 and told us to be quiet or they would start writing tickets. There were no previous incidents. We had been there since Thursday and were staying till Monday. This was the first time we’ve run into this. We usually stay here 4-6 times a year.

Great place to spend a weekend. Cell service is horrible. Some of the campsites need new concrete pads.

Park was nice quiet. The spot was level side to side however front to rear is sloped and the front hitch was as low as could get to have level. Overall campground was clean quiet and well maintained. Traveled to Big Spring. Ford GPS was incorrect and took us onto a gravel road met a very nice man who gave us directions.
