We stayed on a site near the beach, the view was great. The lake is beautiful. The campers next to us got loud and had several loud motorcycles visit after dark. The ranger quickly and quietly put that to and end. The beach was fun, good swimming and great people for the most part. There were some trashy mouthed teens that were annoying, I wish profanity was not allowed in any public place.

Was good experience, except weather was a like a oven and of course you guys can't do anything about that. The attendant Bruce was great. Only thing I didn't like was even during the week the constant big pontoons that pulled tubers ,skiers beat my pour fishing boat to death at shore, creating waves as big as a aircraft carrier would. Lake a gotten too commercialized like Ozarks. I used go there 35 years ago and was good place to catch fish and relax without all the skiers and jet skies during the week. Overall good place. Will go again when cools down, was like being in a oven. Rick

The site was perfect, lake was out in front, the swimming area was off to the left. Had water and eletric, shade trees around us and good neighbors.
