We always enjoy our time at Nemo Landing. Spot 45 is a noisy spot and not much veil of the lake when it is busy. The bathrooms are clean.

Always a good time, camp custodian,( Bruce ), is a very good camp host, friendly and always ready for short small talk, camp grounds are declining over the past 40 odd years but still a beautiful lake and surrounding.
I recommend this lake and camp ground to anyone and everyone that ask ,"where do you most frequently camp "

Nemo Landing campground is so nice. Always clean, the restrooms are very well maintained. Campsites are clean as well. Love the easy access boat ramp to the lake. However, if there could be some way to not allow individual vehicles to park in the trailer parking on the boat ramp that would be awesome. We had to park our truck/trailer around in the park because there were individual vehicles parked in the boat trailer parking after we launched the boat.

We love Nemo campgrounds. The view of the lake is wonderful and the bathrooms were very clean. I have only one complaint. Our friends that were camped next to us left a day sooner than we did and told us that we could have their firewood. However, before we even had a chance to shift the wood to our campfire, the couple who works there picked up the firewood within only minutes of the time that our friends left. I know that is their job but they didn't have to be so quick about it.

We have been camping here for over 15 years. It keeps getting worse. This time they roped off swim beach because of green water. They came personally to our camp and told us they roped it off but cannot keep people out. couple days later daughter and friends took their kids over to play in the sand. A ranger came and asked if they were illiterate. Thought that comment was uncalled for since they were not in the water. The main shower house has not had hot water for two years. SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE. We are in our 60's and know few others who have a street legal scooter.
Rangers will not allow us to ride them in the campground afraid of us "joy riding". On every weekend you will find kids of all ages and adults " joy " riding on bikes, skateboards all sorts of stand up scooters, battery operated vehicles, hoover boards, motorized wheel chairs from dawn till past dark. I have had surgery on knee that went wrong and cannot walk any distance. Cannot ride a bike. SO WHAT IS the problem with our scooters? 49 CC . We had 3 parties in our group who had to leave early but were unable to get refund because the park attendant only works one hour in the morning and two hours in the evening and not at all on Wed. Could not catch him there to let him know they had to leave, when finally caught him on Thurs evening, he doesn't start work until 6 and then was too late to cancel , has to before 6 and that's before he starts evening shift so had to pay another day, There was a argument at camper next to us, ended up with a gunshot. Several of us campers witnessed argument and the threat with gun. Police came but didn't speak to us and did not arrest anyone because they convinced them wasn't gun shot but slamming of camper door. THAT WAS NOT TRUE was gun shot we saw it.
