Policies & Rules
Arrival & departure
- Check-in is at 12 PM and check-out is at 11 AM; notify management if more time is needed.
Fees & deposits
- Rent must be paid by the 1st of each month using cash, check, or card.
- Move-ins will be prorated, but move-outs cannot occur after the 8th of the month.
- All checks must be made out to 'Caravan RV LLC.'
- A $200 refundable deposit is required at move-in, but it will not be returned if the stay is less than 60 days.
- A $10 late fee applies daily starting on the 4th, with lease termination effective from the 8th.
Safety & rules
- Trash must not be left on site.
- Dumpsters are available in the park for trash disposal.
- Loud music or TV that can be heard outside is not allowed.
- Generators are not allowed to be run at any time.
- Report any accidents to the park manager immediately.
- Firearms and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Pets
- Pets must be leashed and under the owner's control at all times.
- Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets at all times.
- Owners must attend to barking dogs to prevent disturbances.
- Pets must not be tied to electric pedestals or trees.
- Pets must not be left unattended outside RVs.
- Pet owners must pick up after their pets and keep them on a leash outdoors.
Utilities
- A quality surge protector is required when using electrical connections; management is not liable for damages.
- A screw-in adapter is required for sewer hookups.
Vehicles & parking
- Parking on the grass is not allowed.
- Washing vehicles or RVs is not allowed.
