Beautiful area, not to crowded, and clean. The people who take care of it were nice.

We visited CrabTree cove and rented space B13. I loved the seclusion of this campground however, it was covered with ticks. There’s an opportunity to expand this campsite which should be done considering the space outlined for camp now is very hilly not much level ground at all. We will definitely return to the campground itself but will be renting out a different camp space our next visit!!

First of all, we love Stockton Lake! We camp at Crabtree at least once a year. Great pastime of watching wildlife, sailboats and fishing. Quiet place during first part of the week:) Public restrooms are clean and camp supervisors are friendly.
Bolivar is about 30 minutes away with good restaurants and shopping for what you left home!

Campsite was very clean and exceptionally quiet. The view was pleasant and if we remembered the wine we could have enjoyed it much more.

Biggest downside was showers are at the entrance which meant closing camp and driving back out or filling our tanks with shower water. We showered in.
