What Guests Are Saying
Hawker Point is a beautiful campground with stunning views of the lake and well-maintained facilities, making it a favorite for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The campground hosts are friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While some sites may be small and crowded, and there have been issues with check-in times and a boil order, the overall experience remains positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

The level, paved sites make setting up a breeze. It's great to be right next to the water. Also, the caretakers are very pleasant and helpful.

Great location we camped in travel trailers in Site A13 and A14. The lake was down a little but so beautiful. The camp hosts were great. The grandkids enjoyed playing at the playground and had a great time. We enjoyed the fall and the fire pit and watching the water of the lake. Site A14 had our 35 foot trailer and site A13 had our 25 foot trailer. We went in to Stockton and to the hydro electric dam. It was a wonderful fall trip. We were there October 16-18. I will be back.

This is a nice, quiet campground with a gorgeous view of the lake, the boat ramp and a long bridge. I can't give a higher rating because there is no easy way down to the water. There are huge rocks and you have to go slowly and watch your step or you will twist your ankle. They need a bathroom and shower house in the campground, not just at the front entrance, which is way too far to walk, and we are healthy and in great shape. There were only 2 vault toilets in the whole campground and one was out of order! The bathroom at the front gate was very clean and actually had soap, which is rare. Just beware that it is not walkable from the campsites and you will need to drive up to it. The park attendants were very friendly.
