What Guests Are Saying
Theodosia Park offers a peaceful and scenic location by Bush Lake, with well-maintained restrooms and friendly staff. Many campers appreciate the beautiful views and amenities, like the pool and nearby marina. However, some facilities, including certain campsites and restrooms, are closed, and access can be challenging; improved maintenance and ventilation in bathrooms could enhance the experience.

Nice park but needs a lot of yard work. Piles of dead trees shouldn’t be by camping spots. Sticks and branches need to be picked up. Some mowing and weed-eater work. It could be an incredible park if it were kept up.

The park needs major renovations, there was a flood earlier and they have not cleaned or repaired.

We love the park , but some upgrades needed. Showers are terrible now and lots of wood etc laying around. Just needs some up keep.

Weekday stay so it was very quiet.
There was no maintenance going on in the grass areas. Very tall weeds everywhere.
Water wasn’t good in my opinion to drink
Cookies restaurant was very good.

I just wish the bathroom near the campsites were better ventilated. With cooling or just a stronger fan. But the person that cleans daily does an EXCELLENT JOB!!! And she is very friendly and courteous!

Love the location on Bush Lake. It was peaceful and quiet, but the campground itself could use a little TLC.

The sites are difficult to find, access, and maneuver into. Don't pay attention to all the sites close to the water. Go past the tennis courts. The campsites are back in the trees. The pool is a big bonus (but I was just staying one night and hit the road).

Theodosia Park is our favorite place. The lake is not super busy with boat traffic and one of the top 2 clearest lakes in the state. The marina staff are great and you have to check out Cookie's for a great meal

The restrooms inside the park are very well taken care of and cleaned. However with the temps warming the fan really needs to b repaired for some exhaust & air flow! Thank you!

We love to stay here. The sights are right on the water and close to the Marina. We eat at cookies at least one night while camping. There is a dollar general down the street if you forget anything.
