The campground was under construction when we showed up and was expected to go on for days. There were no showers and the bugs were horrible. We went to a hotel then went home.

The camp host collected money for camping from my friends as they arrived even though we had two campsites reserved and already paid for

This was a pretty well-maintained campground! I wouldn't go in the summer again because it's so humid and there are quite a lot of bugs, which were extremely loud all night. There is also not much to do within a half hour of the campground. Otherwise, it's a perfectly nice place to spend a couple days.
