Site 42 was FHU which was very nice. Near the lake, very shaded, level to somewhat downward sloping concrete site. This site is near a highway so had some noise from that. Good hard surfaced walking/biking paths. The only issue was the tiny flies. They were everywhere, even out in the middle of the lake. Not much can be done with that. Would I stay here again? Definitely!

The camper full hook up sites are nice and clean. Also easy to pull in and out. The sand beach on the lake was very nice, no shoes needed.

I love our State Parks, and I love People’s Creek campground it is relaxing and beautiful and the sites are not right on top of each other. A great way to spend the weekend.
I always pick up trash, and leave my sites better than I find them wherever I go.
The only complaint, which is not huge, but there was more trash around that I have ever seen there.
So disappointing to see that people can be so thoughtless, and have such little disregard for our Children’s Planet.

Great as usual. This time we stayed in site 28 and it was wonderful. Right on the water with or for facing it. Definitely will be trying to get this site again.
