Site 067 was a great site if you have children who plan to spend a lot of time using the playground. The site is a fairly level piece of asphalt with a gravel seating area, picnic table, and fire pit out the rear of the site rather than to the side. Full hookups worked great although the electric post was at the very rear of the rv pad. Keep in mind that you will most likely need a long electric cord or an extension. This site is not going to be a quiet site with the playground in close proximity. Lots of children running, yelling and even screaming. We had one issue with supervision at the playground when one "parent" tried to dictate who could and could and could not be on the play equipment. Her 2 year old was unsupervised most of the time and she was angry that older kids were playing and getting in the way of her very young daughter. After witnessing this even and reading the playground recommendation board I brought it to her attention that the playground was only recommended for ages 5-12 and that supervision was recommended as well. She was upset that the only reason she booked her particular site was for her kids to play. After a small argument I offered for her to call a Park Ranger. She declined and their family packed up and left. No further problems after that.
on our last day I decided I would like to stay and additional night so working with the campground host on duty I was able to book an additional night through him and avoid the online fees and hassle.
Overall our time was great and our site was even better. Our daughter was able to spend so much at the playground making memories with many new kids.

We love Redman Creek. Sites are spread out. Hiking trails. Good food near by and easy to get fire wood.

Nice campground, big spaces. Ours wasn't a lake view so I was disappointed - I think I booked the wrong site. But it was good anyway.

Water was leaking at the spiget, informed ranger. Very limited staff and quiet hours were not observed, without adequate staff to patrol nothing was done. Campsite was clean as is the norm. Check in experience was good.

Fabulous place, even during February. A little difficult to find. The directions given could be more specific. We ended up at the recreational park quite far away from the camp site. Directions should say “drive towards the Dam” or “pass the Dam”.
