Very nice spaces….would prefer water hook ups but not a deal breaker. Very clean and enjoyable campsite.

Long Shoal campground is well-maintained and offers clean facilities, including shower rooms, making it a favorite for many campers. Visitors appreciate the beautiful, shady sites and the peaceful atmosphere, with easy access to the marina and recreational activities. While some noted issues with check-out times and cell service, overall experiences have been positive, highlighting friendly staff and enjoyable amenities.

Everything was good except where you get water they are either wide open or off and there is no control water goes every where. You can't even fill a bucket or wash off dishes fill your camper, ect without getting water ever where and getting wet

My only issue is the number of dogs that are NOT on leashes at the campgrounds. That can create some chaos with those dogs coming onto the campsites with leashed dogs.
