What Guests Are Saying
Henneberry House boasts an amazing location by the river, providing a beautiful and spacious cabin experience perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. Guests enjoyed amenities like a well-stocked kitchen, a wood stove for warmth, and clean facilities, making it a great spot for gatherings. However, some improvements are needed, such as replacing the refrigerator, installing screen doors, and ensuring water safety, as the water isn't potable and requires boiling.

We had the best time! Amenities were perfect, everything was well stocked. Wood stove did a frat job at keeping us warm. Not the mention the location was amazing; very secluded, river access right in the backyard. It was amazing we will definitely be back!

What an amazing location! Right on the river and surrounded by marsh land birds. The house was beautiful and quite large. We ended up doing all of our cooking in the shade of the trees by the fire pit on one of several picnic tables.
There was even a light in the vault toilet.

There are issues with respect to Henneberry House that I would like to address and try to resolve. Several improvements could help make the House more comfortable. For example, someone has take the screen doors off of the front and back doors - they should be replaced. The refrigerator is a fire hazard, as I have previously indicated on voicemails left with Montana BLM. I burnt my hand trying to figure out where the heat was coming from in the back of the refrigerator. It is both gas and electric - probably should be replaced by a cheap, energy efficient electric refrigerator. There are several other matters I would like to contribute to as well. I would like to spearhead a "FRIENDS OF HENNEBERRY HOUSE" IRC section 501c3 nonprofit organization to funnel money into the preservation and improvement of this beautiful property. I have been in contact with Lacey with the Montana BLM, and all I want to do is try to create a revenue stream for the improvement of this property. Thank you for your time and consideration of this request for information and comment.
