What Guests Are Saying
Henneberry House boasts an amazing location by the river, providing a beautiful and spacious cabin experience perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities. Guests enjoyed amenities like a well-stocked kitchen, a wood stove for warmth, and clean facilities, making it a great spot for gatherings. However, some improvements are needed, such as replacing the refrigerator, installing screen doors, and ensuring water safety, as the water isn't potable and requires boiling.

The house stays warm and toasty with the wood stove and cookstove, plus there was plenty of wood. It's fun to cook on the old fashioned wood-burning cookstove. We had a great time exploring the woods, river, and wetlands around the homestead. It's pretty neat to see the train across the river come through in the middle of the night, too.

We loved our stay here. Woke up to a couple of Sandhill cranes right behind the cabin. The river was too high for the kids to play in but they got to do a little fishing. We definitely recommend this cabin and hope to stay here again someday!

We were unable to go due to a blizzard. Fee was non-refundable.

Really nice cabin with a lot of comfort and good river access. Thanks to the Dillon Blm for maintaining such a nice facility.

We loved it! With it having been such a mild, dry winter, road was completely fine going in. The cabin was super beautiful and cozy, and it was fun being near the river and mountains. We went down the highway access road a bit to the fishing access, then took that road past the actual access a bit and had a great hike. There was a coyote derby out of Dillon this weekend and we did have one guy wander down with a rifle, but he turned around when he saw we were at the cabin. One of the pull-out futons is super broken but this wasn't really an issue with all the other beds, and the chairs in the kitchen for sitting options. Can't wait to come back!

The cabin never disappoints! It is a great spot for a family getaway! They do need a vacuum for the rugs though.

Second time we have stayed at this location. People are doing a very nice job cleaning up after themselves and leaving the place in nice condition. One of the futons is getting a little long in the tooth. However, we love the location. Big fish in the Beaverhead!
