Loved the park! Happened to be there during the Governor’s fishing contest. Ate fish fry, watched boats go out in the morning, nice clean showers. Would stay again!

This campground was larger than we expected and feels like it just popped out of nowhere. Our tent site was great and close to the bathroom/shower. No hand soap so bring your own. There were 2 showers, 1 handicapped accessible, but the privacy curtain went across both so if you are trying to shower at the same time as a stranger it might feel a little uncomfortable. Overall, I'd come back.

Very well maintained campground and friendly staff. Sites are adequately spaced with plenty of shade. There is a nice paved bike path around and through the property to enjoy the natural surroundings. We travel West every year and always stop here for an overnight.
