The campground was beautiful as the trees were changing color, Because we were coming in late in the season midweek, we didn't figure we needed a reservation. Boy were we surprised! Luckily our campground host was able to walk me through getting a reservation via an app on my phone. We will call all COE campgrounds beforehand from now on to see if we need reservations.

It is a very pleasant setting with lots of room for camping and not being in someone's hip pocket. All the necessary amenities and great camp hosts that keep the place in tip top shape.

The website does not work that well. I had to make a new account because, it kept my other one locked. It said for thirty minutes, but it’s been weeks. It also would not let me choose two consecutive days, so I had to make two separate purchases for the weekend.
We really enjoy Kiwanis Park. We’re really disappointed that we have to make a reservation online to be able to camp there.

Beautifully maintained campground with comfortable spacing between sites. Very helpful campground managers. Pristine cottonwoods. Paved walking paths along the various waterways that were certainly wheelchair friendly. Very affordable. Just don't leave anything out for the raccoons at night!

We’ve stayed at the Downstream campground for many years
We’ve never had any problems.
We used to work at the downstream campground for C.O.E. They know us every time we come.

Beautiful area! We were there in early May of this year (2021). Not many folks there. The facilities are top rate. Wonderful place for taking a walk and especially for riding bikes! Lots of birds and we got to see a couple of beavers near a small tree they had just fallen .... right along one of the paved walking/biking trails. Wonderful campground for both old and young alike. We'll be back!
As an aside .... great beer brewed at the Bare Knuckles Brewery in Glasgow! :)

Very clean park with new bathrooms and showers. Campground staff went out of their way to help us when our rv wouldn't start. Very helpful in finding the park also. A map of the dam facilities would have helped on our way in
