Grandview Campground

The staff was very friendly and helpful on making reservation and checking in. The site was exactly as advertised and perfect for our overnight stay while passing through. Just a few blocks from the interstate, with several nice gas stations at the exit. There are some permanent campers here, but it is large enough for us all with lots of nice sites open for travelers. I didn't use the shower/ bath house so can't review that.

It was perfect for our needs of an overnight stay while traveling through. . Reasonably priced and very convenient location. We were in an electric only site with our travel trailer. It was near the bathrooms/shower/laundry. The bathroom and showers were clean and worked well. We did not use the laundry but it appeared to have commercial machines and plenty of them. It was close enough to the interstate to be convenient, but far enough we didn’t hear it in our trailer. We walked just down the road to a small park with a walking path to get our dog a walk. There is a big gas station just across the street with diesel so we literally pulled out the next morning and right up to a fuel pump to fill up and get back on the road. Staff was friendly and check in was quick. We would definitely stay again if passing through.

I loved being able to set up tents here! Checking in was super easy. We had plans change and the host was very accommodating to the change of dates. When we arrived, it was easy to find the campsite, everything was laid out on a map, explained, and the location is well-maintained. The fire rings are tall enough that we didn’t have to worry about our kids tripping into or getting hurt by it. The host is great to get along with and chat. If I come through the area again I’d definitely stop here, even if it’s just to say hi. I loved our visit.

Excellent location for visiting the National Monument. It is a simple campground with nice facilities. Bathrooms and laundry were well kept. Talked to the Mgr a couple of times making my reservation and then extending it a day and I found her friendly and very willing to help. Even suggested a better site which she was 100% correct. We stayed for 3 days and had no problems at all. I Internet worked great for us. Was even able to use it on our tv It was a really good stop off.

Convenient access for motorhome towing car. Staff assisted in maneuvering during crowded influx of RV’s. Nice, level gravel, fair separation sites. Good, clean showers & laundry. Ice cream social daily. Owner-manager Laurie is fantastic: makes you feel at home and is the hardest-working RV park operator I’ve ever met. Provides excellent service to customers and treats her staff extremely professionally and family-like.
