Nice and quiet off the main road. The grounds are well manicured and Nice trees. The owner was upfront and honest about the water situation and is actively pursuing resolution. Nice family owned and very friendly campground. Our dog loved the owners kids. Close to Bear Paw battleground and Wahkpa Chu'gn Buffalo Jump.

From the moment we pulled in, TC was super welcoming and friendly. He made us feel like friends and not just customers. This mom and pop campground is tucked away perfectly just outside of Havre. Highly recommend Evergreen Campground!!!

The showers were good and remained hot, which is great! The laundry facilities were fine. The campground is very quiet. The staff are very friendly.
There are only 2 points with which we had a problem:
1) When we arrived, we were told that the site we had reserved online was taken and we would be put into a different one. (There was no mention on the website that your reserved site may be subject to change.)
2) The website clearly states they accept Passport America for up to 2 nights. When we arrived, we were informed that it's only accepted during certain times of the year and the most recent window closed last week! So, we got NO discount at all, even though the website said we should! This is technically false advertising!

What a lovely site to call home for a few days. Green green grass, large shade trees, and close to town. Family owned and operated. From the smallest child to the parents, hardworking, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We had a relatively nice stay here. However, there are issues with water pressure (or sometimes lack there of) and our power went out a couple of times with a box outside our rig beeping very loudly when the power issue was triggered. Also, the hosts children are very nice, but when I pay for a spot, I'd like my privacy to be intact. I'd rather not have kiddos somewhat forcing me to stop my setup to look at their chicks. Not a big deal but beware this happens. We saw them take the chicks to each camper to show off. The grounds were really nice but since it's all grass and with the rain, ruts were left by some coaches making lots of mud that got tracked into our trailer by the dog🤦🏼♂️. Lots of space to walk your pooch. Bathrooms were old but very clean. Laundry was too busy for us to use so I can't comment on that. Overall, it was a decent stay but most likely will stay somewhere else. Just my preference.
