Day after holiday weekend, plenty of quality sites and easy on-line reservations. Day-of is a great option. The area is prime for hiking and viewing the lake. I recommend climbing the hill adjacent to the park for great sunsets.

We love this campsite. The only bad thing was the lake was 20 feet low, the fishing was bad and then we got rained on, sounds like Montana weather to me!! We will be back.

Wonderful campground right on the lake. Late checkout was much appreciated. There were many deer hanging out on my campsite when I arrived late at night but they left me alone the next day

Camp host bent over backwards to help me. I came in late no reservations. They checked to see if They had a vacancy as the website was unavailable. Staff found that they had one site available. Took very good care of me. Would definitely come back again.
