I was very disappointed that there was no water at the camp sites and that the fish cleaning station was closed..What does our money pay for?

White Sandy Campground offers a relaxing experience with spacious, well-kept sites and beautiful views of the lake. Camp hosts are friendly and attentive, ensuring a clean environment and maintaining a quiet atmosphere. However, issues such as lack of water access, parking congestion, and occasional noise from neighbors have been noted, but overall, visitors express a desire to return.

Nice, small campground with great view on the lake. Not much service but you can refill water at the black sandy campground nearby as well as dump. Everything was tidy and quite quiet. Can fully recommend.

There is no potable water at the campground. Unfortunately, Rec.gov indicates that there is. There is also very little to no shade, depending on the campsite, and many of the sites have huge ground squirrel holes that little feet (and big ones!) can easily fall into.

Enjoyed every minute there. Clean and beautiful. Great camp-host who are helpful and concerned about their campers comforts.

There is no water available in the campground. Was not made aware of this before getting to site. Then found water faucets locked and had to ask worker there about it. He said problem started last year and their existing well was contaminated. Bring your own water.
