Probably the nicest Forest-Service campground we’ve ever experienced. Spacious shady sites, very very clean, especially the restrooms. The camp host Daryl, was wonderful with great tips for things to do and see. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in NW Montana.

We love the area as well as the campgrounds. Everything was in tip top shape. The campground host was so helpful in helping us choose a site that best fit our needs as well as share activities and places we might want to go nearby. We had a great experience because he went above and beyond the usual campground host.

Clean, quiet, and in a beautiful location. We had a nice little hike to the lake. The site itself was pull-through with lots of space. During our stay the campground was nearly empty.

Awesome campground! A majority of the sites are pull-through, and close to water faucets and vault toilets. The walk to the lake is easy, but there isn’t much access to the water. Daryl is a very friendly and conscientious host.

Excellent camp host! Very helpful in getting us a campsite where we would be in the shade; our reserved spot was nearly FULL sun. THANKS!
Very clean vault toilets. Well maintained grounds; not over grown but not manicured—natural looking.
First time at this campground. We’ll be returning in future years.
