Can't really recommend now that Russ' son is taking over. Illegally showed up on our rental property and told me I have days to sell three cars, to follow the rules. When I arrived here 2 years ago I was told the only rule is I'm non permanent. He's demeaning and rude and I hope that he gets better over time. When they sprayed our tarmac for the lot, the company over sprayed and got it all over my RV, cars, and anything else that might've been in that area as well. The solution? A shoddy cleaning job that literally STRIPPED the paint off of my RV. I respect Russ but his son left a terrible impression ruining my experience here. Now having the audacity to be mad at me because we just up and left, though I was told I'm a non permanent resident. $800 a month for a LOT, and I can't even shit in the light because their maintenance guy doesn't really maintain the facilities that are included in the lot. 👎🏻👎🏻

You would think that with all the money they make from the park that they would re-invest some to make it better. They dont. They would rather waste money on a ridiculous amount of speed bumps
