Campground did not react well to higher that normal use. One restroom was literally full up to the bottom of the toilet, and was later marked "closed until further notice." It was still closed when we left. Others were getting close to over full. Garbage bins were overflowing by end of stay. Not sure if these issues were due to hosts not communicating need properly, or if was due to policies of the operating company. My guess is the latter, since the hosts themselves were friendly, and we saw them out and about multiple times during the day, and the public use areas were clean and tidy. One restroom ran out of TP, but was restocked less than an hour later.
Might want to consider adding deodorizer hangers in outhouses as we've seen in other National Forest campgrounds. Makes a huge difference. It was very nice having motion-sensor battery operated LED lights in the restrooms at night, instead of depending on finding a resting place for a flashlight.

The location and size of the campsite was great. Our only complaint was that the compost toilets were extremely dirty and needed cleaning, with toilet paper missing in two of the toilets.

Paul the camp guide was excellent. Everything was cleaned well and tidy. He was vigorously sanitizing the bathrooms and public areas. He was a pleasure to talk to and had a wealth of knowledge about the area. I have stayed at a lot of camp grounds and this was the best by far. Can’t wait to return! Thanks Paul!

Location close to Red Lodge and Beartooths can't be beat. Multiple trailheads just across the street. One of the cleanliest, best maintained National Forest campgrounds available (they even had 2-ply TP during the great TP shortage of 2020!). The camp host is salt of the earth, remarkable. Every part of our experience was memorable, including the family of moose residing just outside the campground.
