Parkside Campground is located 12 mi south of Red Lodge, Montana, just off the scenic Beartooth Highway.
The area is a popular location for fishing, hiking and scenic driving. Greenough Lake less than a mile away. Glacier Lake, Hellroaring and Lake Fork Trailheads are nearby.

Parkside is a beautiful, well-maintained campground with clean facilities and a friendly host, Dave, who is knowledgeable and accommodating. Made reservations based on information listed for site that Sade it could accommodate a 35 ft rv. Arrived at campground and found site to be about 15 ft long. We could not fit and had to go find other accommodations at a private rv park and were out our $85.00.

This is a clean and beautiful campground with plenty of shade. The temps are perfect and the river is awesome.

Very nice campground. Paved through completely making it easier for our old camper. Restrooms are relatively clean thanks to the hosts and the frequent use. Campsites are clean and pads reasonably level.

From U.S. Highway 212, turn off at Rock Creek Road (Forest Road 2421). Go 0.3 mi to the campground entrance on the right.

Parkside Campground is located approximately 20 miles from US Highway 212, providing access to Red Lodge and further connections to Interstate 90.

Policies & Rules
General
- Standard Single Family sites: Recreation Use Fee allows ONE camping unit ONLY. Double and Group sites: Refer to Specific Site # for capacity limits.
- Extra Vehicles: Cannot be paid for in advance - upon arrival coordinate with the host for payment and where to park.
- Late Arrivals: campers are not considered a "no-show" until 24 hours after arrival date check in time. Our policy is that your site will not be released before that.
- FIRST COME FIRST SERVE sites must be booked in person. DO NOT call to determine availability, as they are only available on-site.
- Bears frequent the area; please obey all food storage rules and regulations. Check with your host for details.
- Don't Move Firewood: Prevent the spread of tree-killing pests by obtaining firewood near your destination and burning it on-site. For more information visit dontmovefirewood.org. Firewood bundles can be purchased from the campground host.
