What Guests Are Saying

Rattin Campground is praised for its beautiful surroundings and exceptionally clean bathrooms, making it a pleasant place to stay, especially for those visiting nearby Red Lodge and the Beartooth Highway. However, sites 2 and 3 are noted for their lack of privacy, as they are closely situated and share amenities, which can be inconvenient for some campers.

The sites are a little close. Site 1 did not have a large area that was flat on the grass to set a tent unless you set on the gravel pad. Loved hearing the running water all night. Cannot complain. Pit toilets were clean and maintained. AT&T had one bar of service.

This was a very nice little campground. It's right next to Rock Creek, which is really nice. The outhouse was very clean and stocked with toilet paper. A great place to stay if visiting Red Lodge or the Beartooth Highway. I would definitely stay here again.

Small but nice campground. Sites 1-3 are in a simi circle and are somewhat close together. Site 4 is for the camp host. Site 5 is a nice tent or campervan site. We were in site 6 and while they claim it is a tent site, there was no where to put up your tent except on the parking pad next to your vehicle. Site 7 is first come first serve and did have room for a tent. No one else was there except the host and we never saw him. I saw the review where someone claimed to have to share a fire pit and that was not the case while we were there. Each site had a fire pit.
