Saltzman's Mobile Home and RV Park

Previous owners were fantastic people. Unfortunately it's not the same with the new ones. The park lacks amenities such as bathrooms and laundry facilities. Water pressure sucks, especially during the summer when everyone is watering. They're some amazing people that live in the park and make great neighbors. If you are expecting to be a long term resident be prepared to be treated differently, talked down on and yelled at by Doug. He has a "better than you" personality and has no problem telling you that he owns the park. And makes it a point that he owns all of his stuff and wouldn't ever rent from anyone. Most of the long term residents do not get along with Doug because of his demeanor and the way he treats people.

Very quiet and peaceful little RV Park with many full time mobile homes. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating. They will go above and beyond what is normal. Keep up the good work guys, and open up a larger RV Park in the Helena area! It really needs one.

This is a wonderful quiet park. They take great care of the park and also the guests that stay there. Would highly recommend it to any of my friends.

I can not say enough good things about the Family who run this Campground, we recently moved here from Colorado where we were staying in a campground there for almost a year waiting on our house to get built here in Townsend, we stayed here for a Month in our Redwood 5th wheel Camper and it was nice quiet clean and Maintained. We ended up having to extend our stay 12 days and had no complaints or problems, the owners were more then accommodating. Highly recommended.

Good shade trees, nice grass, owners are really nice. One of the better RV parks I've stayed in.
