McGreer Camper Park

This is your basic pull off the interstate with hookups RV camp. Bathrooms were clean. The rec room was a blessing and the host kind and attentive. Rec room includes soft drink machine, ice, books and puzzles, nice table and chairs.

We were looking for a place to camp for the night during our road trip. We had a great experience. Easy check in process. In and out, right off the highway. Despite the close proximity to the highway it was quiet at night. Bathrooms were very clean and camp sites were simple and well cared for. Thank you for the stay!

Quick overnight while passing through. Called about 30min out to verify a spot was available and found a spot and just waited for them to come back to the office. Full hookups and interstate noise wasn't awful. Great deal at $40 compared to the KOA's we passed prior.

Perfect spot for an overnight. Right off of I80, but there is an entrance ramp between the camp and Interstate so the noise is not bad at all. Nita was friendly and helpful from the start and the shower cleaning crew as well. (Water pressure in the shower was not terrific, but the area was very clean!)
Check out the lounge. I waited a few minutes in there (for the floor to dry in the women's shower). Books, movies comfy chairs and a vending machine if memory serves.

This is a nice, smaller RV Park. Bathrooms and showers were clean and everything worked fine. One of owners even came out to the rig to check that everything was fine. NO ONE in two years of us constantly traveling has done that. The bldg with the laundry room also has an a/c cooled room right next to the laundry area with a TV, small library, chairs, etc. best laundry waiting area we've been in yet. Right around the corner is MAX'S HIGHWAY DINER - .3 of a mile away, well worth the three minute! We enjoyed our no hassle stay, and will stay here again if our travels bring us this way. Sites are hard packed dirt/gravel, and outs was totally level. SOME of the spaces have shade, many do not. No reservations taken, so it's first come etc. we found that by calling 3months ahead, she said they'd not be full. The electric, water and sewer worked fine. We also got militayy discount, and yes, they checked id. Well worth the stop, and at 43.00/ night less discount, more than worth it!! 👍👍👍👍
