Policies & Rules

Arrival & departure

  • Contact the campground manager Robyn for any questions or concerns.

Safety & rules

  • Guests at Cedar Ridge RV Park enter at their own risk and release the park from liability for injuries or damages.
  • Guests are encouraged to follow good camping practices, and management may modify rules at any time.
  • The speed limit is 10 mph; violations may lead to eviction.
  • RV washing is allowed once per month.
  • Clotheslines are not allowed at campsites, but those designed for RVs are permitted.
  • Quiet time is from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am, with extended hours on weekends and holidays.
  • Campers must use designated dumpsters for waste disposal and keep the area clean.
  • Garbage cans on pads must be secured and emptied before departure.
  • Glass bottles are prohibited in common areas of the park.
  • Discharging firearms is prohibited in the park.
  • Fireworks are not allowed in the park at any time.
  • Use of common areas is at your own risk; tenants are liable for accidents and disturbances.
  • The park is not liable for damages, injuries, or theft; guests enter at their own risk.
  • In case of emergency, dial 911 for ambulance or fire.

Utilities

  • Proper sewer connections are required, and discharging wastewater on the premises is prohibited.
  • All RVs must have proper sewer connections, and hoses should be in good condition and stored correctly.
  • Electric cords must be safe and off the ground; the park is not liable for electrical issues.
  • Watering of lawns is allowed.

Site capacity

  • Each pad is designated for one RV only.

Pets

  • Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after, and cannot be left unattended; aggressive pets may result in eviction.

Vehicles & parking

  • Each RV spot allows parking for two vehicles; boats count as one of the vehicles.
  • Boats may be parked on pads if they fit; additional parking is available for boats on-site.
  • All vehicles must be licensed and operational; inoperable vehicles will be towed.
  • Golf carts and ATVs are allowed with restrictions; they cannot be driven in circles around the park.

Local regulations

  • Guests must not enter private property adjacent to the park.

Site types & loops

  • Guests should stay on their own site and use walkways to respect neighbors.
  • Sheds are permitted on pads with prior management approval.
  • Yard items must be placed in landscaping or on patios; planting requires management approval.

Fires & fuel

  • Campfires must be in designated fire rings; bonfires are not allowed.

Cancellation policy

  • RVs must be removed by March 1st if not returning; late fees apply.
