Camp a Way

Just about everything a good campground should be. Friendly, helpful, fun for kids, quiet at night. Plenty of shade, full hookups, clean. Layout of sites seems a bit random, but it works. They will guide you to your site, which might be a good idea since the road signs appear skewed and don't align with the actual roads. Verizon 5G (not uw) was a strong 4 bars and they provide good Wi-Fi for free. Very close to all things 'Husker' with easy in and out. The freeway noise was quite noticeable during high traffic times, but quiet at night and barely noticed it. We were there 3 nights over Easter weekend and will come back.

We are cannonballing cross country and really wish we had planned an extra day to just hangout at this RV Park!! Great amenities (pool/jump pad/water balloon launcher) were a big hit with us and our kiddo. Staff was friendly, bathroom was clean and barely noticed how close we were to the highway. Definitely a great stop and already trying to figure out why we would need to come back here.

This was a stop over for us in a 43’ motor coach with tow. Pull through spot was easy in and out. Location was convenient to the interstate with some noise but not a bother. Huge dog park (please be a courteous dog traveler and pick up after your dogs). We don’t have children but it looked like there were LOTS of things for kids to do! Large RV park and spacious but still quiet. Staff friendly and helpful.

We LOVE visiting family at Camp A Way when they come to town. It's a short drive to get there, yet feels like you're miles away from town! The swimming pool, water slide, gaga ball pit and fun activities are a great way to entertain the kids. (Adults too!😅) We enjoy spending time there in the summer!

Nice RV campgrounds.
This place was not to far from the State Capitol. This place has alot to offer for kids. Very friendly staff. They also have a gift shop with lots of stuff and Icecream. They have a laundry room if you need to wash.
