What Guests Are Saying
Hunter Cove is a peaceful and well-maintained campground with friendly staff and clean facilities, making it a favorite among visitors. The scenic location by the St. Lawrence River offers plenty of walking opportunities and a beautiful environment for relaxation. While some areas need improvement, like water access and the availability of sewer hookups, many guests appreciate the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere, returning year after year.

Site 2 was decent. Could use a bit more gravel in the low spot. Park staff do an excellent job of keeping fish cleaning station and dump area clean. Excellent park for walking.

I used to work there as a custodian. And the people that took care of the bathrooms were extremely clean. Just like I would have left it. Kent and Karen are the best keeping it running smooth.

So quiet, peaceful and clean. We enjoy walking the area putting our kayaks in at the old low water boat dock spot. The path at Methodist Cove is a favorite of ours as well. Love the beautiful sky at night when you get away from the campground cleanup crew campsite. It would be great if they could make an area for putting in kayaks along the edge of the reservoir.
