This campground was beautiful and felt really safe to me as a solo woman camper. Camp host Laura was really kind! One bar strong enough for sending messages at the campsite, full service for a phone call just one minute up the service road.

Camphosts were super friendly, nice and clean sites. No dumpstation (it’s fine, but would be quite nice).

Love Red Rock Canyon Campground. Visit frequently. Close to everything tho feels like you’re far away. Every site is good tho definitely prefer the ones with shade covering! Clean bathrooms and water located throughout campground. Great camp hosts!

Love Red Rock Canyon Campground. Visit frequently. Close to everything tho feels like you’re far away. Every site is good tho definitely prefer the ones with shade covering! Clean bathrooms and water located throughout campground. Great camp hosts!

The RV loop is a gravel cul-de-sac. Good mountain view during sunrise and quiet away from the main campground.

The Red Rock Canyon campground is located at 3293 Moenkopi Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89161. To get there from Clark County 215 Beltway west, take the Charleston Blvd. exit (exit #26) and head west. Drive 3.5 miles to Moenkopi Rd. Turn south on Moenkopi Rd. and drive for a mile (past the BLM Fire Station).
