Red Rock is a beautiful place! The hosts there are very friendly and helpful and they keep the facilities clean. I like staying there because it is peaceful and yet close to civilization. That meaning a nearby 24 Hour Fitness, Costco and resorts with casinos. The only downside is no Wi-Fi or cell service. I have stayed there numerous times and will continue to go back during its operating hours, it closes June 1 due to heat.

So the wife and I decided to come here we needed a few nights to be able to stay in between our main area where we were going to be for a while, we ended up staying three nights very comfortable we love the quietness and the calmness of the mountains around us. We would recommend this place for any type of camping. Wife and I boondocked for the three nights and it was our first boondocking experience, and it was a learning one. We rent our generator for an hour and a half twice and neighbors were upset even though it was outside of the quiet hours. But as I said we enjoyed it very much and would recommend it.

The place is beautiful and the weather is so changing it’s a challenge but fun . The roads and campsites need some grading in the gravel sections particularly at the gravel entrance. The camp hosts are pleasant and helpful.

Beautiful views, super friendly and helpful camp hosts, and clean, warm bathrooms! Only thing is be mindful that some sites are smaller than others when booking your site.
