Fletcher View Campground offers stunning views in the beautiful Spring Mountains, with friendly and attentive camp hosts enhancing the experience. While the campground lacks showers and a dump station, and online reservation information can be outdated, many visitors found securing a spot upon arrival to be easy. The serene environment and proximity to trails make it a great option, though larger vehicles may face challenges navigating the narrow roads.

The Spring Mountains are a beautiful and majestic place and Fletcher View Campground is nestled into them with many of the sites have great views. I’d give this spot 5 stars if it weren’t for the somewhat militant host and the lack of complete and accurate info on recreation.gov. Half the sites are first come, first serve and there is no way to tell if they are available (they all show as such online bc they don’t get updated. When I arrived one of them was reserved but empty. Thankfully I was able to secure one. Also, the “Campground Full” sign is up when sites are open for a night or more. The host wasn’t here when I arrived or maybe I would have been turned away. Pretty sure someone was turned away as I was leaving and at least 2 first cons sites were open. Important to note, no showers here or dump station. Also, the water available (which is delicious) is not from a source in which you can pull up and fill your RV tank.

Love this Campground at Mount Charleston, Las Vegas NV. We went for New Years weekend, and it was a great experience. Bob, the manager, very nice, attentive and customer service oriented.

The camp hosts are extremely amenable- very friendly and courteous.
On the recreation.gov website, reserving a camping site is difficult and the information is outdated. I just drove up and they had a spot- very easygoing host.
The views are spectacular and you are close to the hotel and trails. I’d be weary of pulling anything over 33’- the road is narrow and it will be difficult to turn around when leaving.
$33 dollars with 50/30/110 hookups.

Pretty nice campground with electric plug-in. Close to hiking, quiet at night. 11 spots available and it's first come first serve in the off season (winter). $33 per night unless you have some discount.
Clean heated bathrooms, no showers and no water on our visit.
Sites 4 and 5 have the best views and are close to the bathrooms. Site 10, ours, is the most private. Cool area worth checking out for a day or two, close to Vegas and on the edge of death valley. Snow on the ground and 18-20 degrees at night on our visit, 11/11-11-13.

What a relaxation! To be able to escape the city to this wonderful but peaceful place. My niece invited me and I really had a nice but beautiful time with the family camping here for few days. Imagined, closed to 5,000 above sea level I sort of was running out of air. But thank God I hot use to it. You have come here. For the price of $99 it was worth it every moment. This place has breathtaking views of the mountains and and nice beautiful little town up the trail. I fully recommend this place. It was cold at nights but nice during the day. By the way there are wild horses running around. I love this place
