We stayed 2 nights. There was many extended stay RVs and dusty when young people rode around on atvs. Problem occurs when you check in on a Sunday. They are closed and no one available to answer questions. Wrong code on email to use facilities but was able to get into main showers when using laundry. A couple Dryers were out of service so hopefully will be repaired.
Next day they did have someone cleaning in main building and smelled great. We would return and bathrooms were nice and new.
Better than most RV parks.

I spent several months here in Yerington during a major life and business transition, living out of my travel trailer. Coming from the fast-paced, high-stress friction of the East Coast and the industry, I was initially anxious about setting up my off-grid infrastructure in a new state. What I found here completely changed my perspective.
This place is incredibly peaceful, secure, and accommodating. But more importantly, the community and the environment are exceptional. The people here perfectly embody the idea that a society built on mutual respect, personal accountability, and direct communication is the best kind of place to live. Everyone was grounded, genuinely helpful, and highly respectful of each other while I was rebuilding my life and my ventures.
If you are looking for a secure, polite, and welcoming environment to park your rig, whether for a short stop or a long-term stay, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Nevada taught me a lot about true community, and this spot will always feel like home to me.

Stayed here for over a year for work and it was one of the best campgrounds I’ve stayed at. They have GREAT people that work there and great options at the restaurant/bar. The showers are nicer than most homes. And very convenient to town. 👍👍 oh and not to mention that each spot has a great grassy yard for dogs, dog park and dog trail

I’m going to start this on a good note. They do have a great friendly staff. They are always there to help when you need it, on top of the duties of the parks, all around good people but unfortunately I don’t know how they call it a resort or charge people a resort fee. They should really look up the definition of resort. I’ve stayed at many RV resorts and this is far from One. It’s a dust bowl, people fly up and down the roads, even the employees, there is no security, no gates, the restaurants open when it wants to be, they allow criminals inside the park to live without a background check, and the park has a black dog that barks, growls at people that are trying to walk through the park, scares little children and elderly people. They need to call it what it is a campground with RV hook ups and some amenities. With a lot of of improvements, I can see it eventually one day being a resort, but it’s a long ways from it.

Newer park that is already expanding. Pickleball is always a plus and they have 2 courts. Plenty of room for our 45' coach towing a truck without having to unhook. Only stayed one night, but so much better than anything available in Reno.
