Great place, well laid out. The only issue i had was that there was no one at the checkin spot no one ever showed anytime during the day forcing everyone to have to go to the lo. Very poor business practices.

We do not recommend Space 181 at Zepher Cove due to the tight width of the parking pad. We have a 25’ travel trailer with a living room slide that almost touched the picnic table of the space to our right. We had to move the RV over by 2 ft. then the deep slant of the hill kept us from extending our fold down steps. We had to dig out a 2 ft x 2 ft. area of the hill just so we could open the trailer door. This space is not flat!! We had to put levelers on our picnic table to get it level. Won’t stay in any of the spaces nearby that one either.

Very nice, highly recommended. Just across the street from Lake Tahoe in the middle of tall pines. Some of the rv spaces are a little tight for larger rv's. A few spaces are tight next to the road so it's caution when booking them.

Sites are VERY close together and it can be noisy depending on who is around you. It is a well kept campground and the sites in back avoid the road noise. Laundry was out of order for our stay.

We arrived after Labor day, so the site and beach opposite were quiet. Lovely location with amenities.

Fine site, just right on the road and loud. Showers are warm but not the cleanest.

5 star for experiences and location - The campground is right on the beach and it is easy to kayak and hike. It was a short drive to other locations on Lake Tahoe for biking and eating. 4 star for site spacing. The campground is hard to get around (especially for large rigs) and we were on a spot where the rear of our camper was at the edge of the awning for a site behind us. Trees are beautiful and add to the aesthetic, but can be hard to maneuver around. Read all site descriptions completely so you aren't surprised - they do a good job of honest site descriptions.

Beautiful Campground with views of the lake. The site was roomy for our trailer. We enjoyed the beach which was right across the street. the Laundry facilities and the ice machine were both broken and we were told they had been out of service for months. That was disappointing since the campground description includes those amenities.

We pulled into the parking lot and then were directed to go across HI 50 to the office. We drove across and then a sign at the office said to go back across HI 50 to check in. We had to park and wait while one of us WALKED back across HI 50 to check in. VERY POOR CLIENT SERVICE.
