Very difficult entry and exit into the campground with sharp turns needed to enter. Campground bathroom was not maintained well and garbages overflowing for days. Nice location on the lake.

We were only there for 2 nights with our camper. We didn't connect to anyone that worked there, nor did we have any problems. We met really nice people there. The campground is situated on a lovely lake. There are some amenities like benches and picnic table that are in rough condition and need attention. But overall we were ok with our 2 nights there.

This is a great camp ground. This was the closest to highland bike park to camp. We enjoyed the sandy beach and having wifi was awesome. We will be staying here every time we come to highland to ride.

A mostly seasonal cg with a few cabins and RV spots. We stayed here a few years back and loved it. The new owners (corporate, I believe) does not have the pride of ownership that was shown in the past, and the place looks run down and needs better care.
But my biggest complaint is no one helps the RVs to park, so when we arrived , there was not enough room for us to park properly. We had to wedge between two trees and couldn't even open our awning. I said something to the gal at the desk and she came down and took a look and said I was right. She offered to ask the guy next to us to move. However, he was totally set up and I didn't have the heart to make him go through that nor did I want him side eying us all week. Former owners helped people park in order to avoid this type of situation.
Additionally, there was construction going on in front of us, so there were 4 trucks parked in front of us the entire time we were there.
The lake had some type of algae , so didnt look inviting for swimming. ( I realize this is beyond the park's control. But it just added to the dissatisfaction.) . And we should also have been made aware of construction.
This is not an inexpensive campground and we should not have to feel like we are in a parking lot. We will not be back.

Silverlake camp ground in Belmont NH was amazing. We stayed in cabin 6 July 7th-11th 2025. We were treated with kindness 100% and our cabin sleeps 4 was clean and plenty of room for my grandson, my sister myself. Manager Brianna was so polite and treated us like family. We enjoyed ourselves so much we booked to come back Sunday July 13 Friday July 18th in same cabin. We kayaked in the lake at sunset which was beautiful. Many times around the lake. Great fishing on the lake. Many other amenities to do. Corn Hole is one of our favorite to play right near the lake.. you don't experience in today's world like the kindness and family feeling like you are treated here.. very quiet at night . Their bathrooms are very clean and their is a handicap bathroom. Showers... I like to thank the staff for making us feel welcomed.. memories surely was made.... looking forward to every time we can stay. I live in FL with my grandson. My sister is from MA. Where we been staying for the summer..... God bless you.... xoxo
