Eastern Slope Camping Area

Driving back from our four day mini getaway and I cant say enough about this place. We rented a tent site which was clean and in the perfect location close to bathrooms, the beach and all the fields for the kids. Bathrooms were clean as well as the beach and river. My 9 year old made friends everyday riding his bike all over the grounds. Easy check in and hats off to Hannah in the front office. She was great and a pleasure to meet! If you are looking for a great environment and some family fun this the spot! (Tent site 72!!!)

My friends and I had so much fun camping here last year! We stayed right on the water and floated down the river. After check out it was a quick drive to North Conway for some site seeing!

We just got back from an amazing 4th of July weekend at Eastern Slope Campground and can’t say enough good things about it!
The campground was packed with great people, and the holiday energy was fantastic. Our campsite was awesome—really spacious and big enough that we never felt cramped. The staff here is absolutely amazing, and they clearly work hard because they have the cleanest campground bathrooms I have seen.
It’s a perfect setup for the whole family. The kids had an absolute blast tubing down the river from one beach to another, and it’s incredibly dog-friendly with tons of well-behaved pups enjoying the weekend too.
If you’re looking for a great, family-friendly camping experience, this is it. We had a perfect holiday trip and will definitely be back!

This is one of our favorite campgrounds if not THE favorite. Everyone’s pleasant and very accommodating, willing to help and answer our questions. They’re very dog friendly, which is a plus for us as we don’t have kiddos and she’s our “kid”. No one’s running amuck, every site is clean, spacious and you don’t feel like you’re on top of one another. Despite being so close to the town, which is a plus so you don’t have to fret about forgetting anything, it feels like you’re in a woodsy camp ground! Could not speak any more highly of this site, throughly enjoyed and we go fairly often since finding it :)

We had an amazing stay at eastern slope! We had 3 tent sites along the beach area. It was so convenient being close to the river. The bathrooms were clean and the staff were friendly. Already planning our next trip back!
