Timberland Campground

Stayed there for 2 nights and I can’t wait to come back. The owners were awesome (I’m embarrassed I didn’t get their names). The bathrooms and showers were immaculate. Full services for my site. Nice pool. Terrific little shop with decent necessities but also fun nick backs and yummy local syrup. I was lucky to find them. I could go on and on about all the good things about this place.

I can not say it loud enough for all yo hear, but this is hands down the best camping spot I have ever been to!
Whether you are a true camper in tents, or if you are more glamper, the cabins they have here are just amazing!! So many different accommodations for different types of wants!
The bath house, so clean, nicely set up for camp showers!
River walk, trails all throughout the property, the views at the river...breathtaking!

The owners of this property S & M, are some of the most kind, fun, loving, just overall great people! With their beautiful fur babies! I am so happy we were able to stay the night and hangout around the community fire by the office chatting with some of the coolest people!

Timberland has the two nicest owners I've ever experienced in a campground (lived full-time in an RV for 10 months). From the moment of check-in, you can tell they are different in the best of ways. Incredibly well kept. Sites are flat.

Close to tons of the best hiking.

Nice walking trail and small rocky beach area.

Note: The campsite is in the mountains, and as expected, to go from the site to the water is a walk up and down a hill. Welcome to the White's! 10/5 if I could:)

Timberland Campground is in a great location, close to the presidential range with Mount Washington. Gorham is close by with great shops and cafes. It was the perfect spot for our camping trip. The campground has different types of accommodations including rentals of rv’s and cabins plus the tent sites and full hook ups for your rv or trailer. The campground was outstanding. It has everything you need on campus - beautiful bathrooms with showers, game room with washers and dryers, outdoor pool, and a river walking path on the lower part of the property. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we booked another three nights in July. Highly recommend. 💕

Scott and Megan are so nice! Booking and checking in was so easy. The site was huge plenty of room for two cars. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. Very nice trails along the Androscoggin river, nice for walking the dog and had a large field to play fetch. Would recommend to anyone!
