Great RV park and walking distance to downtown Cape May. We have been going there for 25 years!

We camped here for the first time. The staff is great and the people camping there are very nice. The bathroom and shower facilities are nicer and better kept than the hotels in Cape May. Highly recommended!

We found the staff accommodating and cordial. Booked less than a week before and they allowed a hold without a mailed in deposit. The whole park is sparklingly clean including the shower/laundry houses and playgrounds. We are transit campers and stayed on 2 sites over 3 days. Rented a golf cart and used that to tour around as well as our e-bike. The park is fairly tight with many campers, dogs and bikes moving around so it wouldn’t make any sense to not be paying attention to your speed so we had no issues there. It’s nice that the sites are set back off the road so there’s no traffic noise. There are 3 things that kept this from a 5 star review and honestly, mostly beyond the owners control. 1. The fire whistle is right next door and rather annoying if it goes off late at night. 2. Wood chipping on the neighboring property at 7:00 am wasn’t pleasant. 3. We did feel the pricing is at a premium and do understand the pros and cons there but a bit steep - yes, you’re as close to the beach as you can get with an RV but it was about $85 per night for water/electric/cable and another $5 for sewer hookup. We’re used to half that but like I said, premium location = premium cost. Additionally, we found the seasonal campers to be pretty friendly too - maybe we just didn’t give anyone a reason not to be nice IDK. Based on our experience, would happily stay here again.

I just want to say that I booked this place almost a year in advanced because we want to came back this year for the festival BCMF 2025.

We did enjoy this spot last year because the shower and restroom are just back of the spot. We were pretty upset at the arrival because the shower and restroom are closed. We are party of 5 on our RV so it’s not really funny to use the RV restrooms and have to flush twice a day that’s why we took your campground and this spot.

This morning my crew went to the others restrooms and toilets and they were close for maintenance.

I think we should receive an email before arrival to say restrooms are closed for maintenance. So maybe we would ask for a refund or have the choice to choose another spot.

The RV park is family owned. One of the sisters complains incessantly about all the tourists "ruining HER town". Kind of a wierd way to make your living while...telling your customers theyre unwelcome outsiders ruining her town lol. She wont go out of her way to do anything to help anyone. Shes rude. The location is great. Zero amenities but youre a few blocks from the beach.
