Sun Retreats Sea Isle

Shout out to Janine and Drew at Sun Retreats Sea Isle. We blew a circuit on June 13 with too many appliances in our trailer and had no electricity. Janine asked Drew to help us, and he had it up and running in less than 5 minutes. We tried what we always did, but the one circuit wouldn't toggle the way it usually does. Drew came to our aid!

Great experience and Jimmy is the best there. Kind and helpful! Always pleasant.

Jimmy Trexler is a great maintenance guy...but most of all he helps the residents whenever he can.. with my husband being older he's always going above and beyond to help..we appreciate his dedication to his job

I need to leave the maintenance manager, Drew, a TEN star review if I could! Had trouble at our site, the office contacted him and he was to us within ten minutes. Not only was he friendly, he took the time to not be dismissive, figure out the problem, give a number for help to remedy the situation AND THEN proceeded to help with another unrelated problem at the site next door. All with a smile on his face! If everyone here is like Drew our summer will be amazing!!! Thanks again Drew!

Today July 12, 2025, we visited this camp ground to see if we wanted to use them for our seasonal home for next year. It was around 2:00 and the woman who greeted us at the Welcome Center was so kind and helpful. We visited 3 other places today and it wasn't pleasant. I don't think people realize that you need to have a certain type of person to be the face of their business… she was that person for us. I don't know your name, but thank you. Thank you for just being a good human and being so helpful. We will be booking our seasonal site after this overall amazing visit.
