Great camp trip weekend for my bachelorette! Gorgeous views all around and the lake was perfect. Camp hosts were wonderful and the sites were well kept. Much to take in so recommending longer than a weekend stay.

Beautiful location overlooking Abiquiu Lake. Great playground with swings, and friendly/helpful park ranger. All people staying were respectful and having a great time!

Friendly hosts and rangers. Fantastic views. Sites are level and well set up. The dump station has plenty of room to maneuver and has a potable water spigot nearby. There was also a water spigot near the tenting area. The only criticism of the Chama loop was sites are perpendicular to the driveway, which can make backing a large unit in a bit more difficult. Sites are mostly large though which helps. Pedernal loop has water and power.

I just spent 3 nights there with 3 different reservations and sites so I’m not sure which night this is referring to…
Regardless, I love Riana. I believe I’ve camped there about 80 times over 25 years. I have my fav sites. Facilities are always clean. Sites are always maintained. Hosts are always friendly. My only complaints is it’s getting too popular now! I liked when I could reserve my fav sites only a few days before. Oh well.

We don't fish, but Riana cg is a perfect place to relax and have peace and quiet whenever you camp there. The hosts are great people; always helpful. One thing my daughter and I like to do is go to Santa Fe because on Wed. seniors get to ride the Railrunner for Free! It goes to Albuquerque and back to Santa Fe. For that run you get on at the depot in Santa Fe by 10 am and get back there around 2:30 pm. Most enjoyable.
We (my now-deceased husband of 57 years and I) have been going there for 21 years now. He passed away 3 1/2 years ago and now it's just me and my handicap daughter who is 55. The scenery around the area, no matter which way you travel for a day trip, is always beautiful. We are already scheduled for next month again.
