Great prices. However park is not well maintained many trees are dead. Sites need to be mowed curbing broken. Also many long term living residents. Not seasonal it appears.

American RV is conveniently off the highway but has road noise because of it. Sites are big enough with our truck parked across the front. The hot tub and pool were not open and haven’t been for the 4 months the front desk person has worked here.

My wife and I only stayed here one night on our trip to Texas, but it is a very clean and secure park located right off of I40 just west of Albuquerque. It has a security gate and the staff are friendly and helpful. We arrived after hours and they made sure to call and give us instructions and codes to get into the park along with our space number. They had many amenities we did not have time to enjoy. I would not hesitate to stay here again

Called about a cabin rental for 12 days was told the price, and decided to put my RV in the shop and rent the cabin with the family for the 12 days. Showed up and was told by the receptionist that she don't have the keys for the cabins and the manager doesn't like to answer the phone on the weekends and the managers daughter who is in charge when the manager isn't there will not answer the phone on the weekends but she would text them and see what she could do. Well we waited and waited and by God, she wasn't lying, no one responded to her text. Now here I am with my wife and autistic daughter with absolutely no place to go now because we put our RV in the shop thinking that we were goin to be renting a cabin from them for the next 12 days. The receptionist said to try the emergency number on the front door but warned us that they do not like to answer that number either. Well shoot guess what? She wasn't lying. Absolutely no answer at all. Now here we are after putting our RV in the shop after we called and asked about a cabin starting that day and not one time were we told that no one would be there with cabin keys to let us in and no one in management would answer their phones on the weekend. Absolutely unacceptable. We will be getting ahold of the ivee group who runs the park first thing tomorrow morning and seeing what is goin on at this rv park. My wife is a travel nurse and I am retired law enforcement and we travel alot and have never been thru this before

This place changes the gate code and doesn’t tell any of the guests. I returned to the park after hours and was stranded outside in the cold. If you call the park emergency number, it goes straight to voicemail and you can’t leave a message because the mailbox is full. Also, you can’t exit the park without a vehicle. There is no way to exit the park on foot. There used to be an accessible gate by the pool but it is now permanently locked. I’m staying long term and very disappointed. Considering moving.
