Very peaceful and very friendly park set 20 miles south of Truth or Consequences New Mexico, always seems to be full, owners are very nice and willing to help if needed when setting up, been coming here the past 6yrs from October to June for the winter months,

Nice young couple that recently took over this park. We stopped last minute for one night and they had a spot, gravel pull thru with a big shade tree way in the back. Comfortable and quiet. You can see they are working to upgrade the park. Very reasonable rates.

Under new ownership. They are working hard to fix everything and make it up to its potential.They bathrooms and showers are very clean, The laundry room has new washers and dryers. They have groomed the trees and painted alot of the picnic tables. They have big plans to make this place a top rated place to stay for a reasonable rate.

The owner, Janice is phenomenal! You can tell she really cares for her guests and permanent residents! Love the family feel! It's rustic with a great common room for get togethers and holiday parties. And the cleanest laundry room you will find anywhere!
I recommend you make your reservation today!
Lots of New Mexico state parks nearby too! Hiking, fishing, even silver or gold panning..mountain climbing and 4wheeling!

I debated posting this because the owner and the people were so nice, but this RV park is a dump. And the water was turned off right at dinner time.
I have no idea how it got 4+ stars.
