Clear Creek Campground offers well-maintained, clean facilities and a peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife. Many visitors appreciated the friendly hosts and the campground's spacious, level sites, making it ideal for both families and solo campers. While some noted issues with the cleanliness of the pit toilets and occasional noise from neighboring campers, the overall experience remains positive, with many expressing a desire to return.

John the Host was very helpful on completing our trip to the Grand Canyon. He told us of Route 117 in New Mexico which we took south to Route 60 and on to Arizona. Tell John he was right about the views along the way.

I don't usually go to developed campgrounds but I wanted to have a fire so we went ahead and reserved a spot and it was great and extremely easy to do. I have to say it was nice not trying to hunt around for a spot.

Gorgeous, quiet campground. It does have water but does not have a hose hook up. You need to be creative to get water into containers. 10 pumps to a gallon.
