My husband stays here on and off for work, and we couldn't be happier with this RV park. Abel, the owner, is wonderful to work with. He is honest, trustworthy, and always willing to accommodate our changing schedule, which has been incredibly helpful. Knowing my husband has a safe, well-maintained place to stay and an owner who genuinely cares gives us great peace of mind.

During my stay I had a 50 amp location. When I was out to work it lost a leg of power. This required the brakes to he changed. Able owner was informed I expressed my urgency as my food was melted abd spoiling. He stated he would be out to fix it shortly. Unfortunately it took a couple hours to respond. During the repairs he turned off all power including the the power to my fridge outside. He turn on the 50 amp breaker but left the others turned off without my knowledge. Unfortunately the next day I went to access my food and found out he forgot turn it back on. Able assured me that he would pay for any loss food just simply supply him with a receipt. I did so as requested the total loss was close to $300 I only ask for$250. Back he stated he would not reimburse me and I was trying to take advantage of him. He is not a honest man or a man of his word. The bathrooms showers are disgusting, the laundry facilities are expensive and the quarter machines does not work. I've had multiple issues with other guest parking in my designated space and every time I complain he asks me to speak to the other residents directly. Very unprofessional and lack of ownership here. Save your money for a nicer and more accommodating location.

We found this RV park on RV Life's Trip Wizard for a trip to Tuscon, AZ. It is a gravel lot yet level, with very good services: clean bathrooms, showers, laundry machines, and lounge with TV and 2 pool tables. The manager responds quickly to calls and is ready to help. Good location for us and stayed 2 nights in a 17 foot Casita travel trailer.

A nice quiet RV Park.
The rates are good, and it's far enough away from I 10, and the railroad tracks so you can get a good restful night.
My wife and I stayed 5 weeks and if we're ever back that way that's where we're going to stay as long as they have the availability.

The Clubhouse has laundry, a pool table and a small library, with 3 shower on the back of the building. Restrooms are inside the Clubhouse.

To Be Clear, This Is an RV Park. There's No Rooms or Any Kind Of Services But What Toy Can Find Is Plenty of Parking Spots To Choose From.

Place Is Big, Quiet and Isolated From The Town. You Can Expect Privacy and Serenity While Staying Here.

For Your Bathroom, Showers & Laundry Needs There's The Clubhouse. The Clubhouse Has 3 Washers & 3 Dryers That Are Available For The Guest of The RV Park.

The Place Is Pet Friendly and There's a Lot of Room For Dogs To Be Walked or Roam Free.
