We have stayed at the San Antonio Campground twice and both times have enjoyed it so much. It is only about an hour from where we live in Rio Rancho which is very convenient. Having the creek close to our camp was an added pleasure. Have to shout out to the awesome camp host James. He keeps this campground in great condition. Just a great experience all around!!! Thank you James. We will continue to make this a camp ground we visit many times in the future!!

Great area very clean and quiet. While we were there lightning hit a tree pretty close to us but the camp host was cleaning up the area already and he was very nice. Great walking trails along the river also.

Everything was great except for the fire ban. I know this is not the fault of the campground, but it put a damper on some of the things we had planned.

The campground is quiet and nicely maintained. The camp host stopped by with information about bears in the area and what to do if one is encountered. He was very nice and friendly. I also noticed he drove through and checked the campground several times in the day which is reassuring. This was our first time to stay at this campground. I highly recommend this campground!
