You will want to know that a motorhome with a towed car will be counted as 2 vehicles and you will be asked to pay for an extra vehicle, currently an additional $10(not eligible for the senior discount) because you have your RV tow a vehicle rather than have your vehicle tow your RV.

The site was absolutely beautiful, the grounds we’re taken care of so well. The restrooms were so very clean & the camp host was extremely nice. The only thing is that we we’re we’re looking for a site with electrical hookup & a lot of campers didn’t show up. I feel that if they don’t show up they should have those sites released for those of us that would like one. Otherwise the experience was awesome!!! Beautiful!

We got in right before sunset and set up camp. We got to enjoy the site for maybe two hours before a downpour ruined our night. Unfortunately, our site gathered a lot of water and got under the tent and started to seep in the sleeping area. We left the tent and slept in the car until sunrise. I wouldn’t recommend staying in Site 29 if there’s predicted rain, all the water gathered where you’re supposed to be.

The entire campsite was clean and very quiet. The restroom was clean and in proximity to our numbered spot. The creek neaby was peaceful to listen to at night and see in the morning. We felt very safe our one night stay in tent. There is a general store within driving distance back down in case you forgot something. Many trails nearby to see as well. I will be staying again here in the future!

Beautiful campground, lots of green. Near road, but road noise not bad. Bathrooms very clean.

The water is finally back on at the campground, after having been off for most of the summer due to a bacteria found by the state. I tried to learn this before arriving at the campsite and called the Jemez Ranger Station, but only got a recorded message and they never returned my call. Hopefully, this will help someone looking for the same information. Still a great campground.

This is a beautiful well maintained campground nestled in the Jemez Mountains. The only drawback is that there are only 6 spaces with electric/water hook-ups. The crews keep the groups well kept and clean. There is a stream running through the camp area that can be fished or just get in to cool off. Fenton Lake is a short drive away for another experience. Fenton is great for kayaks and wakeboards, as well as fishing or picnics. We will be back next year!
