I didn’t get notified that the campground didn’t have water until we were checking in. We traveled with a baby and a toddler and weren’t informed about the water until we got there. We had to leave and fill the trailer with water after we arrived. Adding more time to travel with two babies

We love it at San Antonio Campground, been going there for 10 years now. The Host that is there now has been there for 3 years now and he is the best. He keeps the campground clean and orderly and also very friendly.

$8 forced reservation fee is way too expensive!! Tried to reschedule reservation and your website refused to allow that. I have a senior lifetime pass so I could afford camping fees, and now overcharged with reservation fees. Greedy company.

It's a nicely kept up campground with good accommodations for roughing it. I would recommend it.

My husband and I reserved campground 29 for three days. Once we got there, campers were in our spot and didn’t leave until the next day. Once the campers left the next day we were then told to move to our reserved spot. We had to break down our camp and reset it up. I wouldn’t have mind this however we were in a tent and people were in our spot that we had paid for, which made us set up our tent elsewhere. I would recommend the group campground since that one is right next to the stream and very beautiful. But I would not recommend campground 29 since there are no trees for shade and it’s very hot.

No water in camp ground. Was charged for water as my site had water hook up. This was the 2x this year for that. Can I get a refund for paying for water that wasnt available 2x.

Was not informed there would be no water at the group site. Very frustrating to arrive and then find out. The confirmation email received two days prior to arriving stated there would be water at the campground. Needs to be better communication for campers so a party of 45, with families and children, can better prepare.

Trash bins at the group site needs to be changed daily, not every other day.

Bathrooms were well maintained.

We have stayed here in the past and will in the future. Nice small Campground, quiet and comfortable. There is no potable water in the campground due to a line break as I understand. I hope they get that fixed in the future. other than that just love the location.
