The site is beautiful and well maintained. The only thing it didn’t have was the water spout working.
One other thing was that he had road. The road was probably the worst I have ever been on. It won’t be long before it’s impassable. It’s a shame.

To protect the delicate ecosystem, please avoid driving off the pavement on the high bank (uphill side) of the road, as this area is home to endangered plant habitats. When enjoying the beautiful wildflowers, remember to take only photos—please do not pick them. Preserving these flowers is crucial for pollinators like butterflies and bees, and it allows for the continued growth of next year’s blooms. Before entering the Santa Fe National Forest, particularly Holy Ghost Canyon, be sure to remove any mud, seeds, vegetation, and debris from your vehicles, stock, tents, blankets, clothes, and other gear. Your efforts help protect this precious environment for everyone to enjoy. |

The road to the campground is narrow and features one lane with designated pull-outs. Please drive with caution, as visibility can be limited due to the curves. |
